Apprenticeship Term

5 Years of classroom related instruction, 8000 hours of on-the-job training

 

Jurisdiction

Rhode Island, Seekonk, Attleboro and North Attleboro

 

• Age – minimum age of eighteen (18) years
• Health - physically capable of performing the work
• Testing- Aptitude test administered by the IBEW
• Education - High school graduate or GED accepted plus one year of algebra with a passing grade of C
• Residency requirements - Must live in the jurisdiction
• Application Period - 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month
