If you are logging in for the first time, your temporary password is your Social Security Number, use this in the password box.

First time Logging in example: 

username: dxxxxxx 

Password: xxx-xx-xxxx

Note: you must include the dashed in your password

You will then have to create a new password. Your user name is and will always be your Card Number.

If after trying to sign in for the first time, and your username and password does not work, please sign up here and you will be emailed when your account is setup.
